By registering, purchasing a subscription, renting content, accessing free content, or otherwise using TV Nao, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to independently create an account or purchase a service.

Users below 18 years of age may access TV Nao only under the supervision and through the account of a parent or legal guardian. The account holder is responsible for ensuring that minors access only age-appropriate content.

2. Account Registration

Certain features require you to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your account information updated.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and login credentials.
• Accept responsibility for activities conducted through your account.
• Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
• Use only one identity and not impersonate another person.

You must not sell, transfer, sublicense, or commercially share your TV Nao account. We may temporarily restrict or terminate accounts associated with fraud, credential sharing, payment abuse, piracy, or violations of these Terms.

3. Services Offered

• Monthly, quarterly, annual, or other subscription plans.
• Access based on defined devices, screens, profiles, regions, or viewing periods.

The catalogue, language options, video quality, features, pricing, and availability may differ according to location, device, plan, licensing restrictions, and contractual arrangements with content owners.

4. Limited Licence

When you purchase a subscription or rent content, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-commercial right to stream the eligible content.

You do not purchase ownership of any movie, episode, course, video, soundtrack, image, or other material.

Unless expressly permitted, you must not:

• Download, reproduce, record, copy, redistribute, or publicly screen content.
• Share rented or subscription content commercially.
• Circumvent digital rights management or geographic restrictions.
• Use screen-recording, stream-ripping, scraping, or similar technology.
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the platform.
• Remove copyright, trademark, watermark, or ownership notices.
• Use TV Nao content for training artificial intelligence models.
• Resell access or charge others to view the content.

Any permitted offline download remains encrypted, subject to expiry, and accessible only through supported TV Nao functionality.

5. Subscriptions

The price, duration, included content, screen limit, device limit, and other conditions of each subscription will be displayed before purchase.

Your subscription begins after successful payment confirmation. Unless otherwise stated, access continues for the purchased billing period.

Where recurring billing is enabled and authorised by you, your plan may renew automatically at the applicable price unless cancelled before the next billing date. Renewal transactions are subject to applicable payment-network and regulatory requirements.

You can cancel future renewal through your account, where that functionality is available, or by contacting info@tvnao.com. Cancellation stops future renewal but normally does not provide a refund for the remaining portion of the current billing period.

We may change subscription prices or plan features. Any change affecting future recurring charges will be communicated as required, and the revised price will ordinarily apply from a later billing cycle.

6. Rentals

A rental provides access to selected content for the period displayed on the relevant content or checkout page.

The rental period may include:

• A period within which playback must be started.
• A shorter viewing window beginning when playback first starts.
• A maximum number of permitted plays or devices.

Access automatically expires after the applicable rental window. Pausing, rewinding, or temporarily leaving the platform does not extend the rental period.

Once playback has begun, a rental will generally be considered consumed and will not be refundable, except where required by law or where a verified technical failure attributable to TV Nao prevented reasonable viewing.

7. Skills-Based Content

Skills-based videos are provided for informational, educational, and personal learning purposes. Completion of a video, course, or collection does not guarantee employment, earnings, professional qualification, certification, promotion, admission, or a particular outcome.

Users should obtain appropriate professional advice before relying on content involving finance, law, medicine, safety, business, fitness, or other specialised subjects.

Unless expressly stated, TV Nao courses are not accredited qualifications.

8. Prices and Taxes

All prices will be displayed before payment. Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on the information presented at checkout and legal requirements.

You are responsible for reviewing the total payable amount before confirming a transaction. Bank fees, foreign-exchange charges, data charges, and payment-provider fees imposed independently on you are not controlled by TV Nao.

9. Payment

Payments may be processed through banks, UPI providers, card networks, wallets, payment gateways, app stores, or other authorised third parties.

TV Nao does not guarantee that every payment method will always remain available. A purchase becomes effective only after payment is successfully confirmed.

10. Content Availability

Content may be added, replaced, edited, suspended, or removed because of:

• Expiry or modification of licensing rights.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.
• Regional restrictions.
• Technical or security considerations.
• Content-owner instructions.
• Platform maintenance or commercial decisions.

Purchasing a subscription does not guarantee that a particular title will remain available throughout the subscription period. A rental already purchased will be handled according to its displayed access period, subject to legal, licensing, and unavoidable technical restrictions.

11. Devices, Screens and Account Sharing

Each plan may include specific limits concerning simultaneous streams, registered devices, profiles, video quality, or geographic access.

You must not bypass these restrictions through VPNs, proxies, emulators, account duplication, device manipulation, or other technical methods.

We may require device verification, OTP authentication, password resetting, or re-login where unusual account activity is detected.

12. Internet and Device Requirements

Streaming quality depends on your internet connection, device, browser, operating system, network conditions, and content format.

You are responsible for:

• A compatible device and updated software.
• A stable internet connection.
• Internet and mobile-data charges.
• Device security and lawful use.

Temporary buffering, reduced quality, or interruptions caused by your network or device do not ordinarily qualify for a refund.

13. User Conduct

You must not:

• Use TV Nao for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Upload malware or malicious code.
• Attempt unauthorised access to servers or accounts.
• Overload, disrupt, or damage the platform.
• Harass another user or TV Nao representative.
• Submit false payment disputes or refund claims.
• Use bots, automated scripts, or data-extraction systems.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
• Exploit pricing, promotional, referral, or technical errors.

14. Reviews and User Submissions

If TV Nao allows reviews, comments, profile images, or other submissions, you remain responsible for that material.

You grant TV Nao a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, moderate, and technically process your submission for operating and promoting the platform.

We may remove submissions that are unlawful, offensive, misleading, defamatory, infringing, promotional, or unrelated.

15. Intellectual Property Rights

Movies, television programmes, skills videos, music, artwork, and associated materials belong to their respective owners or licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No rights are granted except the limited viewing licence expressly described in these Terms.

16. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers may be subject to separate conditions, including:

• Limited eligibility or validity.
• One use per account, person, device, or payment method.
• Restrictions on selected plans or content.
• No cash exchange or resale.
• Withdrawal in cases of error, misuse, or fraud.

If promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the specific promotional terms will apply to that promotion.

17. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe that:

• These Terms have been violated.
• An account is involved in fraud, piracy, or payment abuse.
• Access creates a security or legal risk.
• Required payment has failed or been reversed.
• The account is being used beyond permitted limits.
• Suspension is required by law or a competent authority.

Where reasonable and legally permitted, we may give notice or allow the user to address the issue.

You may stop using TV Nao at any time. Account closure does not automatically create a right to a refund.

18. Third-Party Links and Services

TV Nao may contain links to third-party websites, advertisements, applications, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, content, privacy practices, or transactions.

Accessing a third-party service is at your discretion and subject to that provider’s terms.

19. Disclaimer

TV Nao is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or universally compatible access.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability of every title or feature.
• Identical streaming quality on every device.
• That all content will meet individual expectations.
• Particular results from skills-based videos.
• That all technical issues can be resolved immediately.

Nothing in these Terms excludes guarantees, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

20. Limitation of Liability

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to a specific paid service will ordinarily be limited to the amount paid by the user for that service during the preceding twelve months, subject to mandatory law.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct.

21. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify TV Nao and its officers, employees, licensors, and service providers against claims, losses, and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of TV Nao, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms.

22. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and the jurisdiction of competent consumer commissions, courts located in [City, State, India] will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to TV Nao.
